Then in the Host Address/IP box the person joining would enter the local IP of the machine the room is created on: Example 192.168.100.2 or maybe 192.168.100.5. Instead make sure the host doesn't advertise the room and the person joining you would choose to join the room manually from the "Action" menu using the LAN IP address to join. I would make sure on YANG you don't advertise the room as this will probably try to fetch an internet IP address for online playing which requires port forwarding by the hosting room.
It sounds like you are trying to play this by LAN on the same router and I believe port forwarding is not required in order to do that.
